Connecticut Women's Hall of Fame Honors Dr. Cappello's Global Advocacy

IMG_1547.jpgFor nearly two decades, the Connecticut Women's Hall of Fame has been honoring the achievements of Connecticut women, using their stories of triumph to educate and inspire young girls and women.  The theme of the ceremony was Women's Wellness, Awareness, Advocacy and Action. 

The Hall recognized the important contributions of Jane Pauley, Rebecca Lobo and Dr. Joyce Yerwood with induction in the Hall of Fame.  Additionally, eleven phenomenal Connecticut women, including Dr. Nancy Cappello, Founder of Are You Dense Inc. and Are You Dense Advocacy Inc., were honored for their achievements in Women's Wellness.

The Board of Directors and colleagues and friends of Dr. Cappello joined in the celebration of the continued life-changing global advocacy of the two non profits.
